A fun night for a great cause: To raise money for some of the brightest students in our community so that they have the opportunity to thrive once they get to college. Bowl alongside some of your favorite musicians, professional athletes, actors and actresses. Or just come and hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. We’ll have hors d’oeuvres, specialty cocktails and comedy, as well as some special live music performances.
Many of our STEAM Drew Charter seniors will receive scholarships for tuition. But that doesn’t cover all the other expenses associated with going to college. Being able to reduce the financial burden is paramount to a successful future.
100% of the money raised at Drew’s Big Bowl will go to an endowment that will be used for 2019 Drew Charter STEAM graduates and beyond.
Going to school out of state would require me to come home during breaks and at the end of the year. I would need a safe way to get to and from school.

My family is really stressed out about me going to college—financially. Having help with the money required for books would mean a lot.
In my dorm room I may want to cook meals for myself and include food items from my culture. Having a microwave and fridge would be important as scholarships don’t cover them.
I know I want to go up north to college and the climate here is warmer, so I will need some winter clothes. That requires a source for funds.
My scholarship may cover my meal plan, but what do I do at 2 AM when I need a study break?
